Tip no :1 . protein: protein is an important building blog of bones ,muscles ,cartilage, skin and blood .eat more protein because it reduces appetite, increase strength , good for your bones , it helps to maintain weight loss . sources of protein are fish , egg , milk,
protein powders ,etc. protein is nutritional source of human body .
Tip no 2: Do not skip your breakfast : some peoples are skip there breakfast because they think it will help them to lose weight , but a healthy breakfast is high in fiber and low in fat, sugar and salt can form part of balanced diet. here are some healthy breakfast food can help you that are eggs , juice, green tea, protein shake ,fruits,nuts etc.
Tip no 3. Drink plenty of water: human body is consists of 60 % of water . water is helps to maintain the balance of body fluids. water is really helpful for weight loss. water helps to remove waste from the body. eating fruits and vegetables with high water contents . if you want to lose weight you should drink a minimum of eight 8- ounce glasses of water per day.
Tip no 4: enjoy your favorite foods : buy a one fresh bakery cookies instead of a box , or a small portion of candy instead of a whole bag . packet of cookies is not good for diet you can take one fresh bakery cookies .
Tip no 5: Eat fruits and vegetables : if you eat more vegetables and fruits you should not feel as hungry because these nutrient reach food are also high in fiber and water.
fruits and vegetables should be an important part of your daily diet. you should eat five serves of vegetables and two serves of fruits each day. fruits and vegetables are low in fat, sugar, salt .they are good source of dietary fiber.

5.eat berries
some examples of fibers are: nuts,seeds,carrots,potatoes with skin,oranges,pears etc.
Tip no 7:lunch should be medium and Dinner should be light.
Tip no 8: Get a enough sleep : sleep plays important role in your physical health . ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease , stroke and kidney disease .poor sleep is major risk factor for weight gain and obesity .we have to sleep at least for 8 hours .
