My First Blog

Hey guys !
                      This is Rutuja .
Today I am starting a blogging .
So actually I have decided to create Exercise and fitness blog .
This is my first blog .
So That's why I decided to create these blog because of the corona virus all people's are become lazy and they do not do exercise .
So guys you know that 
" Fitness is not about being better than someone else . It's about being better than you used to be ".
So guys I post some information about exercise and post a photo of that exercise.
                               

  1.  BRIDGE : 
              bridge pose instructions

    these is the image of bridge pose with straight legs. body is pushed over the shoulder's to enables straight vertical arms stretching the shoulder and upper body .  it improves the circulation of blood ,it improves the digestion and calm the brain and central nervous system     
     

     2.  CHAIR SQUAT :

Chair squat
This the image of chair  squat .stand in front of chair with your legs shoulder width apart .squat down like you are sitting on chair but without touching chair .maintain your position as back straight knees above the feet weight on the heels .keep your hands together ,arms bent at the elbows. straighten your legs to go back to the starting position .

    3. KNEE PUSH  UP:

A woman is doing sports exercises. Knee push-ups. Workout for arms and pectoral muscles. Fitness for weight loss.
This is the image of the knee push up . start at the top of the push up position with your hand on your floor , straight your arms and underneath your shoulders. step your knees back behind you so there is straight line through your body from your knees up to head,and brace your core to keep your body rigid .this exercise is so helpful 

     4.SIT UPS:

It is starting with lying back on the floor typically with arms across the chest or hands behind the head and the knees are bent in an attempt to reduce back muscle pain and then elevate both upper and lower vertebrae from the floor until superior to buttocks not touching to the ground .it reduced the risk of back pain ,it increased flexibility and improved muscle mass .

      5.LUNGES :

This is the image of lunges pose take a position where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg positioned behind .for first take a right leg forward and left leg on the behind .these It improve your balance and help to build stability.
