Importance of exercise in our life
Hello guys !
Today i come with new topic importance of exercise in our life.
" Exercise not only changes your body , it changes your mind , attitude and your mood ".
Exercise is one of the most important elements in our life. Now a days exercising is very important for persons health. Exercise is activity that enhances or maintains overall health physical fitness and wellness. Every day in the morning at least for 30 min you have to do exercise.
" Doing any physical exercise is better than doing none".
If you currently do no physical activity start by doing some and gradually build up. Do muscle strengthening activities at least 2 days each week. If you are regularly physically active you may, you may reduce the risk of heart attack, manage your weight better, more energy, better mood, and you sleep better. Exercise may block negative thoughts or distract you from daily worries ,and exercise also changes levels of chemicals in your brain such as stress hormone and serotonin.
The benefits of exercise and maintaining fitness these are includes:
1.Exercise increase energy level: exercise improve strength and efficiency of cardiovascular system to get oxygen and nutrients to your muscle.
2.Exercise improve muscle strength: staying active keeps your muscle strong and joints,and allowing to move easily and it avoid injury. strong muscle reduce the risk of back pain and they also improve your balance.
3.Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy weight: follow diet regularly that maintain your weight.
4.Exercise improves brain functions : exercise increases blood flow and oxygen level in the brain and it help to reduce the risk of alzheimer disease.
5.Exercise is good for your heart: exercise reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
6.exercise can improve your mental health and mood
7.Exercise can help you to keep your learning, thinking skill as you age.
8.Exercise reduce the risk of some cancers like breast, lung cancer.
9.Exercise increase your chances of living longer.
